Over the years, I've trained dozens of developers on Drupal and worked with many more who have learned on their own. The comfort levels with Drupal among developers ranges greatly and that's because there has never been a set model to follow until now. I will discuss the main barrier for entry that most Drupal developers struggle with, and outline a tried and tested learning model that anyone can follow that will turn any average developer into an above average Drupal guru.
